How can you recognise the Quatra collection team?
Drivers in Quatra uniforms
Our drivers wear a green and black uniform which features the Quatra logo.
Recognisable vehicles
Quatra only uses recent vans or trucks featuring full-height graphics.
New barrels with Quatra stickers
Full barrels are exchanged for clean ones, each with a sticker bearing a QR code.
How can you prevent theft?
Stay alert and notify each other
Watch out for unusual activity or suspicious vehicles. Inform other restaurant owners.
Store the barrels in a closed-off area
Arrange with Quatra how the driver can get to the barrels when you are not there yourself.
Don't have a closed-off area?
Putting your barrels indoors every evening can be a solution, since thieves often operate at night.
Deterrents
Secure your drums with a lock or invest in a surveillance camera. The footage can be fully submitted with the filed report.
Keep an eye on the digital pick-up receipt
Immediately after each Quatra pick-up, you will receive a detailed summary. This ensures clarity for both parties.
